Are you able to extract the valuable insights from your analyses and transform these into business opportunities? Our team is currently expanding and we are looking for a CRM Data Analyst.


This is what your assignment looks like

As part of our agile multidisciplinary CRM team you will be supporting the continuous improvement of our customer journey and retention program by analyzing campaign performance and member behavior. You will translate your analyses into valuable business insights and share recommendations with the business owners.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality analyses on campaign performance and member behavior;

  • Design & develop dashboards & reports (Power BI);

  • Prepare, execute and analyze results of A/B tests;

  • Contribute to various projects of the CRM team, from design to evaluation.


This is how your team is organized:

You will be part of the Analytics Team, representing 6 nationalities, that focuses on constantly improving the shared understanding of how the business model generates value by:

  • Root-cause analysis, KPI setting and dashboarding;

  • Business partnering with the international leadership team;

  • End-to-end development of (self-service) business intelligence;

  • (Financial) Management & board reporting.

Within your role as data analyst, you are fully assigned to contribute to the successes of the CRM team. On recurring base all data analysts will share their knowledge and analyses on their domains.

We ask:

An analytical thinker with business driven attitude and capacity to digest complex information, see trends and insights through data and translate this into concrete actions. A self-starter with strong team player and proven problem solving skills.

  • Relevant Bachelor/Master degree (HBO/WO);

  • 1 – 3 years relevant experience;

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack (SQL, DAX, PowerBI, Azure);

  • Experience with major data platforms and languages such as BigQuery and Python is a benefit;

  • Marketing (Cloud) knowledge is a benefit;

  • You want to keep developing in the newest technologies.
